  • My Package Arrived Damaged, What do I do?
    Call us immediately! We handle the claim process for you. With the recipient, and shipper's cooperation we handle the paperwork and tedious phone calls with the carriers, so you do not have to. We fight to get your insurance value and shipping cost back! Note: If your package was shipped with Postage Express, we have to file the claim for you. Please do not try to file a claim on your own. Note: If the package was not shipped on a Postage Express account, we cannot file a claim or assist you in the claim process.
  • How do I Track my Package?

  • Can I Add Insurance or a Signature to my Package?
    Yup! Just let us know how much to insure the package for, or that you would like a signature added! Note that both do have additional costs associated with them.
  • How Much Does it Cost to Ship?
    There are four factors that determine shipping costs. The package's weight, dimensions, and where it is going. The fourth factor consists of things like insurance and surcharges. We are more than happy to give you an estimate anytime!
  • What Can't I Ship?
    Domestically, things like Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Spray Cans, and more. For a more detailed listing see this link: Shipping Restrictions - What Can You Send in the Mail? | USPS For International shipments, the above applies, and the restrictions in place for the specific country.   • Does Postage Express Accept Drop-Offs?
    Absolutely! If you have a pre-paid UPS, FedEx, or USPS label, we can take it!
  • What about Amazon QR Code returns?
    Unfortunately, because we are independent shippers, Amazon will not allow us to process QR Codes for their returns. However, you can select "UPS Drop-off Points" to receive a label from Amazon. We can print, package, and ship the item for you! Additional information: Sometimes the "UPS Drop-off Points" option is hidden under "More Options." Choose to view more options, and it will appear for you. If Amazon tries to charge you for the label, you can change your reason for return to ship it back with a label and without charge.
  • Does the Item Need to be Packed?
    Nope! You can purchase packing materials at our locations, or we can pack it for you!
