Call us immediately! We handle the claim process for you. With the recipient, and shipper's cooperation we handle the paperwork and tedious phone calls with the carriers, so you do not have to. We fight to get your insurance value and shipping cost back!
Note: If your package was shipped with Postage Express, we have to file the claim for you. Please do not try to file a claim on your own.
Note: If the package was not shipped on a Postage Express account, we cannot file a claim or assist you in the claim process.

Yup! Just let us know how much to insure the package for, or that you would like a signature added! Note that both do have additional costs associated with them.
There are four factors that determine shipping costs. The package's weight, dimensions, and where it is going. The fourth factor consists of things like insurance and surcharges. We are more than happy to give you an estimate anytime!
